A traditional Nigerian delicacy from the Igbo people, made with tender oha leaves cooked in a rich and flavourful broth of palm oil, assorted proteins, and aromatic spices. Prepared with a delicious blend of peppers, onions, and traditional seasonings, Oha Soup offers a comforting combination of authentic flavours and a satisfying texture, best enjoyed with Nigerian swallows such as pounded yam, fufu, semo, or garri.

Ingredients: Oha leaves, palm oil, beef, assorted meat, cow skin (ponmo), peppers, onions, cocoyam thickener, crayfish/smoked fish (optional), herbs, spices, seasoning, salt.
