Ofe Onugbu

A traditional Nigerian delicacy from the Igbo people, made with finely prepared bitter leaves cooked in a rich and flavourful blend of palm oil, assorted proteins, spices, and traditional seasonings. Known for its unique slightly bitter taste balanced with deep savoury flavours, Ofe Onugbu is a hearty and comforting soup best enjoyed with Nigerian swallows such as pounded yam, fufu, semo, or garri.

Ingredients: Bitter leaves (onugbu), palm oil, beef, assorted meat, cow skin (ponmo), stockfish/smoked fish (optional), crayfish (optional), peppers, onions, spices, seasoning, salt.

Allergens: Contains Fish if stockfish, smoked fish, or crayfish is added. May contain Celery, Soya, or Cereals containing Gluten (Wheat)
