Ofe Nsala

A traditional Nigerian delicacy from the Igbo people, known for its rich, aromatic, and comforting flavour. Made without palm oil, Ofe Nsala is prepared with a delicious blend of fresh peppers, onions, traditional spices, and a thickener such as yam or cocoyam, then cooked with tender proteins to create a light yet deeply flavourful soup. It is especially enjoyed with Nigerian swallows such as pounded yam, fufu, semo, or garri.

Ingredients: Fish (catfish, hake, or other fish), yam/cocoyam thickener, peppers, onions, crayfish (optional), utazi leaves, herbs, spices, seasoning, salt.

Allergens: Contains Fish if fish, crayfish, or stockfish is used. May contain Crustaceans if prawns or other shellfish are added. May contain Celery, Soya, or Cereals containing Gluten (Wheat)
