Gbegiri

A traditional Nigerian soup made from peeled beans, blended and cooked into a smooth, creamy texture with a rich and comforting flavour. Popularly enjoyed among the Yoruba people, Gbegiri is prepared with aromatic spices, palm oil, peppers, and traditional seasonings, and is often served with Amala, Ewedu, assorted meat, or other Nigerian favourites.
