Ewedu

A traditional Nigerian soup made from fresh jute leaves (ewedu), blended and cooked to create a smooth, light, and silky texture. Known for its unique flavour and nourishing qualities, Ewedu is gently seasoned with traditional spices and is commonly enjoyed with Nigerian favourites such as Amala, Gbegiri, assorted meat, or other rich soups.
