A traditional Nigerian delicacy made from rich palm fruit extract, cooked with a blend of aromatic spices, peppers, herbs, and traditional seasonings. Our Banga Soup is slow-cooked to develop a deep, savoury flavour and is generously prepared with tender proteins such as beef, assorted meat, fish, or seafood, creating a rich and satisfying dish inspired by Niger Delta cuisine.

Ingredients: Palm fruit extract, beef, assorted meat, fish/seafood (optional), peppers, onions, banga spices, herbs, seasoning, salt.
