A rich and flavourful Nigerian delicacy from the Efik and Ibibio people of the Niger Delta region, made with finely sliced afang leaves and waterleaf, cooked in a delicious blend of palm oil, peppers, onions, and traditional spices. Generously prepared with assorted proteins such as beef, cow skin (ponmo), and seafood options, Afang Soup delivers a hearty, aromatic taste and is best enjoyed with Nigerian swallows such as pounded yam, fufu, semo, or garri.
